Intermediate School Teacher Randi Stowe Accepted to Michelson-ExxonMobil Teachers Academy

Navasota Intermediate School teacher Randi Stowe was accepted to the Michelson-ExxonMobil Teachers Academy scheduled for this summer. Sponsored by the National Science Teachers Association, The Academy offers a five-day program designed to provide third through fifth-grade teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to motivate students to pursue careers in science and math.

Each summer, 600 teachers from school districts across the country attend The Academy. Since 2005, more than 3,600 educators from around the country have attended.
